All refund requests will be assessed based on the nature of the service provided and the work completed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited through the original payment method.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
A. Web Designing & Development Services
If the project has not started, a full refund will be issued.
If the project is in progress but no substantial work has been completed, a partial refund may be provided.
No refunds will be issued once the final design or development phase has been completed and approved.
B. Software & App Development
If a project is canceled before development begins, a full refund will be granted.
If initial work has been completed but the project is not finalized, a partial refund may be issued.
No refunds will be given once the final software or application has been delivered and deployed.
C. Social Media Marketing & PPC Services
Refunds are only available if a campaign has not yet been launched.
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, including ad spending and strategy implementation.
D. Content Writing Services
If the writing work has not started, a full refund can be requested.
If partial work has been delivered, a prorated refund may be offered.
No refunds will be issued for completed and approved content.
E. Web Hosting Services
Refunds for hosting services must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
No refunds will be issued after 7 days or if the service has been used significantly.
Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Custom software or app development once the final product is delivered.
Completed and delivered marketing, PPC campaigns.
Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., paid advertisements, hosting, domain registration).
Emergency or rush services requested by the client.
